Just about my favorite of all subjects. I love people photography. It's not always easy but so rewarding and makes a great gallery.

We lost Hugh Masekela today Jan 24th 2018-- world class trumpeter and a great loss to the musical world. He was born in S Africa and unfortunately I didn't get to see him until I was living in Boston, Ma.

Myself on the right with the Maxted clan. Can't think who took the picture. I don't see Alan Jnr so maybe it was him. Can't believe they allowed me to smoke a cigar in the house. Wait a mo! Al has a cigarette in his hand!

I used to go see Frank at The Black Swan and The Cannon Hall

Dave Berry, another Sheffield legend, who went to No 1 with his song The Crying Game— I said hi to him in the Bank once!

Just one little footnote here—- when Joe got to No 1 with Help From My Friends we simply went bonkers in Sheffield!!! I remember the headlines in the Sheffield Star “ Its about time Joe!”
