Mix 1 1/4 cups of milk with a cup of plain flour. Crack 3 eggs and place in the mix. Mix to a thick runny consistency.

It’s ok to add a little water here if it is too thick.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pre heat oven to 450 deg.

Put some beef drippings in a muffin pan and put in the oven to pre heat.

When temp is reached pull out the pan and pour in the pudding mix. Be sure not to fill to the brims as the puddings will rise.

Cook 15 to 20 mins or until the puddings have risen and the tops are nicely browned.

They should have a somewhat puffy texture with a crusty top.

Have them with your beef roast with beef gravy smothered all over place!!! Floors, ceilings , curtains etc haha

NOTE

You can add sage to the batter mix to make what we call seasoned yorkshire puddings and also some chopped onions!!!
